Job Description

Ø Providing direct supervision to the Quality Control laboratory staff to ensure safety and productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Ø Ensuring compliance with data integrity and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) Q7 requirements as they relate to Quality Control.

Ø Fostering an environment of teamwork and continuous improvement to maximize the employee experience.

Ø Developing a replacement / repair strategy for laboratory instrumentation to ensure reliability.

Ø Assisting with customer and regulatory body audits/inspections.

Qualifications / Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry with focus on analytical chemistry or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working in regulated environments (Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO 9001:2015, etc.).
  • Experience in supervision within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in interpreting data from High Pressure Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Gas Chromatography, laser diffraction, and other analytical techniques.
