Job summary

Lifecore Biomedical, LLC is seeking a QC Lab Technician II to support the QC lab in manufacturing, development, validation, and stability studies. You will assist with EM/PM programs and gowning compliance to ensure quality and regulatory adherence.

Typical shift is Monday–Thursday 6:00am–3:30pm and Friday 6:00am–10:00am, with starting pay of $25.00/hour. Lifecore offers a robust total rewards package, including comprehensive health plans, PTO, holidays, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of production or quality control GMP experience.
• Environmental monitoring, cleanroom or gowning experience.
• Basic understanding of biological technology and methodology.
• Ability to qualify to ISO 5/6 gowning standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform environmental monitoring (EM), personnel monitoring (PM), and non-viable sampling as determined by production schedules.
• Perform water collection to support testing needs.
• Work with QC Microbiology leadership and Sterility Assurance to ensure EM/PM program is effective and compliant.
• Assess EM/PM plates for growth and perform lab support tasks such as ordering and sample management.
