We are seeking a passionate individual for the role of QC Laboratory Technician I in our Quality Control team. This role supports daily lab testing of incoming raw milk samples, in-process, finished product, and stability samples.

How You Will Contribute
This role offers the opportunity to grow professionally and contribute to our organization by:
* Demonstrating basic knowledge of business processes to perform laboratory testing and record results
* Understanding routine laboratory procedures
* Applying knowledge of project/process flow within the discipline
* Working on projects of moderate scope
* Applying policies and practices to moderately complex assignments
* Assisting with project completion
* Performing laboratory testing accurately and efficiently
* Conducting routine operations in a QA/QC setting
* Maintaining a safe and clean laboratory environment
* Properly disposing of hazardous and biohazardous wastes according to procedures
Qualifications
* High School diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across organizational levels

Location: Support testing at City of Industry and Duarte locations
Schedule: 4/10 work schedule
Travel: Up to 5% between locations
FLSA: Non-Exempt

Physical Requirements
This role requires effective communication, walking, sitting, handling, reaching, and occasional tasting, smelling, stooping, kneeling, or crawling.
