Job summary

Verista is seeking a Lab Technician to join our quality-focused QC laboratory in the United States. You will implement, maintain, and enhance quality systems, support laboratory testing, and work with contract manufacturers on batch release testing.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of regulated industry experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of regulated industry experience with quality systems and regulatory knowledge.
• Strong problem solving and analytical thinking.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated with good self-management.
• Proficient in Outlook, Windows and MS Office.
• Teamwork and ability to multitask.
• Curiosity and strong critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge of applicable regulations.
• Provide QC support for the QC laboratory.
• Maintain and enhance QC quality systems.
• Create on-the-job training for lab equipment and testing.
• Perform and oversee QC equipment setup and maintenance.
• Support batch release testing with contract manufacturers.
• Participate in new product design and pre-launch testing.
• Maintain inventory and reference sample retention.
• Support regulatory inspections and deviations management.
