Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Green Bay, Wisconsin is seeking a QC Lab Tech responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations, performing chemical analyses, and participating in Continuous Improvement efforts. Candidates should have an Associates or Bachelors degree in Chemistry or a related field and experience in a QC lab. This position requires lifting capabilities and the ability to work in a plant environment with a rotating shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of safety and compliance regulations.
• Ability to lift approx. 25 lbs.
• Experience working in a PSM regulated site preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance in all aspects of safety with applicable regulations.
• Support and execute the site Quality Control Plan.
• Perform a variety of chemical and instrumental analyses.

Skills

Experience working in a QC lab or R&D facility

Ability to read/write in English

Continuous Improvement experience (L6S & DMAIC)

EPI-MES experience

Education

Associates or Bachelors degree in Chemistry or related field
