Job summary

IP Corporation in South Bend, IN is seeking a QC Lab Technician to join our onsite laboratory team. You will perform laboratory tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products, follow standard test methods, and report findings to Production and Quality teams.

Ideal candidates have an associate or bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Materials Science, 0–3 years of lab experience, and a strong eye for detail. Safety and quality compliance are essential in this role.

What is a QC Lab Technician?

The QC Lab Technician is responsible for performing laboratory testing and quality control activities to ensure raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods meet established specifications. This role works closely with Production and Quality teams to verify product quality, support troubleshooting, and maintain compliance with standards. The position plays a critical role in ensuring product consistency, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.
