The role emphasizes sensory testing, line start-ups, and collaboration with production teams. A high school diploma or GED and relevant lab experience are preferred. The 12-hour shift schedule is a key feature of this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college science background preferred.
• Experience in a food processing laboratory is preferred and blending experience is advantageous.
• Must have strong attention to detail and be able to document results accurately.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality tests on samples and document results in the Infinity system.
• Communicate quality issues to production operators and supervisors.
• Assist with line start-ups and product testing to ensure specifications are met.
• Maintain GMP and sanitation practices and support continuous improvement.
