Job summary

Amgen is seeking an Associate Quality Control professional based in Rhode Island to execute and review analytical testing in a cGMP laboratory. This role operates on a Monday–Friday administrative shift under the hiring manager's mentorship, ensuring high-quality materials for Amgen products.

Responsibilities include documentation, instrument operation, assay reviews, and participation in investigations, with a focus on safety, compliance, and continual improvement within a collaborative Amgen

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced GxP laboratory environment.
• Familiarity with analytical testing methods and laboratory practices.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to generate/review reports.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety guidelines, cGMPs and regulatory requirements.
• Generate complete and concise laboratory documentation.
• Operate laboratory equipment and instrumentation (HPLC/GC, etc.).
• Perform reviews/approvals of assays and records.
• Support continual improvement initiatives and risk alerts.
• Participate in laboratory investigations and training.
