Job summary

TPI Staffing, Inc. in Tomball, TX is seeking an entry-level Quality Control Inspector to join our QA team. You will perform visual and manual inspections to ensure products meet company standards before leaving the facility.

Shifts run 12 hours, Monday through Saturday, with Day and Night options. Training is conducted at the Cypress facility before transitioning to Tomball.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and strong observational skills.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, Monday through Saturday.
• Basic English communication skills are preferred (Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome).
• Previous quality control, manufacturing, or inspection experience is a plus.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team setting.
• Willingness to complete initial training at the Cypress facility before transitioning to the Tomball location.

Job Title: Quality Control (QC) Inspector (Entry-Level)

Shift Options: Day Shift & Night Shift (Monday – Saturday, 12-hour shifts)

Day: 8AM - 8PM

Night: 8PM - 8AM

Pay Rate: $16.00/hr (Day Shift) | $16.75/hr (Night Shift)

Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated, detail-oriented individuals to join our quality assurance team as Entry-Level QC Inspectors. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our products meet company standards before leaving the facility. While this is an entry-level position, ideal candidates will bring a sharp eye for detail and a strong work ethic. Prior inspection or quality control experience is a plus, but not required.
