Job summary

Synerfac Inc in Elkton, MD is seeking a quality-focused professional to read and interpret mechanical, weld, and assembly drawings, including GD&T, weld symbols, and BOMs. You will work with welding procedures and NDE inspection, document inspections, and manage warehouse/inventory operations with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical, weld, and assembly drawings, including GD&T and BOMs.
• Proficiency in following welding procedures and NDE welding inspection.
• Proficiency with dimensional inspection tools and familiarity with weld/coating criteria.
• Experience in documenting inspections and coordinating corrective actions with fabrication/engineering teams.
• Experience managing warehouse and inventory operations, including receiving and cycle counts.
• Willingness to travel ~25% to customer sites for source inspections and witness testing.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with project engineering, procurement, and shipping.
• Ability to generate reports using company reporting tools to document quality performance.
• Ability to develop procedures to ensure consistent quality output.

Responsibilities
