Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform first article inspections on machined parts per AS9102 using micrometers, calipers, CMM and other measurement devices
• Inspect finished machined parts including in-process from first piece to final inspection
• Set up and operate CMM and other measurement tools; document results
• Mentor Level I Inspectors on inspection methods and documentation
• Participate in audits for AS9100 and customer requirements
• Perform RCCA to solve issues using Lean tools and root-cause analysis
• Prepare data for customer source inspection events and achieve buy-off
