  • Note any nonconforming items and notify proper personnel to bring product into conformance.
  • Perform concrete testing: slumps, unit weights, air content, release cylinders, 28 day cylinders.
  • Set up steam clocks to ensure proper curing temperature.
  • Monitor finishing procedures in finishing shed.
  • Inspect final products, note any nonconformances and notify Engineering for approval or repair.
  • All conforming products receive a green tag; nonconforming products requiring engineering approval receive a red tag.
  • Check red tagged members after repairs to ensure conformity to Engineering’s requirements.
  • All non-conformances for engineering approval to be drafted and submitted in writing.
