Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a QC Inspector in Tukwila, WA to support the quality assurance team in manufacturing operations.

You will perform visual, dimensional and mechanical inspections, read engineering drawings, and document NCRs to ensure product conformance. The position requires a minimum of 5 years in manufacturing quality control or QA, a high school diploma or equivalent, and excellent attention to detail with clear communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing quality control or QA.
• Experience with CMM is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections during receiving, in-process, and final stages.
• Conduct mechanical inspections, with occasional electrical and electronic assembly inspections.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately.
• Measure parts using precision measuring tools according to specified dimensions.
• Write Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) to document inspection findings.
