The candidate will inspect tube bends, machined components, laser-cut parts, and weld assemblies, using calipers, micrometers, and related tools, and will document results and support corrective actions in a team environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years manufacturing QC experience in machining, metal fabrication, welding, or a similar environment.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Experience with calipers, micrometers and other precision measuring tools.
• Ability to identify dimensional and workmanship defects.
• Experience documenting inspection results and working with production to resolve quality issues.

Responsibilities

• Inspect tube bends, machined components, laser-cut parts, and welds using precision tools.
• Perform dimensional inspection, first-piece and final checks, and read engineering drawings/GD&T.
• Document nonconforming material and support corrective actions with production.
• Identify defects and communicate quality issues to production for resolution.

If you have experience inspecting parts in a machine shop, fabrication shop, or manufacturing plant, this is a hands‑on QC role where your ability to read a print and catch a bad part matters.

Inspect tube bends, machined components, laser‑cut parts, and welded assemblies. Use precision measuring tools, identify defects, and work with production to make sure parts meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities include dimensional inspection, first‑piece and final inspection, reading engineering drawings and GD&T, documenting nonconforming material, and supporting corrective actions.

Requirements:

2+ years manufacturing QC experience in machining, metal fabrication, welding, or a similar environment.
