Responsibilities

• Durchführung von Produktinspektionen und Audits der Qualitätskontrollprogramme.
• Dokumentation der Audit-Ergebnisse und Berichterstattung an das Management.

We are currently recruiting highly qualified candidates, whose background and career goals meet our needs, for the following position in our Huntsville, AL facility. Please note that due to our Department of Defense contract requirements, U.S. CITIZENSHIP IS REQUIRED.

Position Title: QC Inspector

Job Purpose:

Performs product inspection and/or audits of quality control programs. Performs packaging line and manufacturing inspections, and ensures in-process and finished products meet company standards. May apply approval or rejection labels to bulk raw materials once analytical data is evaluated. Employee should have the ability to obtain pertinent information regarding specific problems and draw appropriate conclusions and move to resolution. Solid computer skills for data entry are required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs product inspection and/or audits of quality control programs.
• Ensures activities and items are in compliance with documented Product Work Instructions and Procedures.
• Documents audit results and issues reports to management, as required.
• Maintains a proactive approach to resolving issues while completing assignments on time.

Experience and Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in a Manufacturing Environment, specifically in Product Inspection.
• Completed IPC-A-610 CIS certification and J-STD-001 CIS certification training would be a strong plus.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills for interfacing with engineering and management.
