Job summary

Alltex Staffing & Personnel seeks a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to ensure pipe products meet quality and safety standards in a high-volume industrial setting.

Responsibilities include inspecting pipe and metal components, reading blueprints, documenting results, and supporting continuous improvement while upholding safety regulations. SAP knowledge preferred.

We're seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to ensure that all manufactured pipe products meet strict quality and safety standards. This role is essential to maintaining compliance and delivering reliable products in a high-volume industrial setting.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect pipe and metal components for defects, dimensional accuracy, and compliance with specifications
• Conduct visual and physical inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
• Review blueprints and technical drawings to verify product conformity
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality checks
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and correct quality issues
• Perform pressure tests, ultrasonic tests, and other non-destructive testing methods
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and safety regulations
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and report recurring issues

Requirements:

• Previous experience in industrial quality control, preferably in pipe or metal fabrication
• Familiarity with inspection tools and techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting
• Must be dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Schedule: Monday -Friday 6AM -4PM Sat as needed

Rotating 1 month

Preferred Skills: Steel/industrial inspection experience and must have knowledge of SAP.
