Job summary

Hills and Dales in Davenport, IA, is seeking a Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Program Coordinator to oversee daily operations of our community-based services. You will lead a DSP team, mentor staff, and work with case managers to ensure high-quality client care.

Position: Full-Time

Office Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM (flexibility for evenings and weekends as needed)

On-Call Rotation: Required; includes weekends, some evenings, and some holidays.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field is preferred; however, an Associate of Arts degree with one year of experience in a direct care setting will be considered, or a minimum of two years' experience in a direct care facility.
• A minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience required.
• Free from convictions or prior employment history of child or resident abuse or dependent adult abuse.
• Ability and desire to work with children and/or adults with mental and physical disabilities.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance required.
