Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a QC Associate to support in-process, final product and stability testing at Devens, MA. The role involves documentation and continuous improvement tasks, with a Wednesday–Saturday 2PM–12AM shift.

Ideal candidates have a science background (Bachelor's preferred; Associate's considered) and 0–2+ years in analytical testing or QC in regulated settings. Strong lab skills and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in science; associate’s degree with equivalent education/experience may be considered.
• 0–2+ years in analytical testing or QC in a regulated environment.
• Experience with basic laboratory techniques and safety practices.
• Experience in cell and molecular biology techniques (cell-based assays, flow cytometry, aseptic technique) is preferred.
• Ability to follow procedures accurately and completely.
• Strong communication, organization and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine testing of in-process, final product and stability samples.
• Review GMP documentation and perform data verification.
• Support document revision, CAPA and deviation/investigation tasks and continuous improvement.
• May train analysts on general job duties.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
