Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks an Associate, QC Analytical, Cell Therapy to support QC testing for in-process, final product, and stability samples at Cell Therapy sites. You will assist with documentation, deviations, investigations, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in science (or equivalent) and 0–2 years of analytical QC experience, with familiarity in basic lab techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or equivalent; Netherlands: degree variants accepted.
• 0–2+ years of relevant analytical testing or QC experience in a regulated environment.
• Demonstrated experience with basic laboratory techniques and safety practices.
• Prior experience in cell and molecular biology techniques (e.g., flow cytometry, qPCR) preferred.
• Ability to follow procedures and communicate effectively with peers and management.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine testing of in-process, final product, and stability samples.
• Review GMP documentation and perform data verification.
• Support document revision, CAPA and deviation/investigation tasks and continuous improvement.
• May train analysts on general job duties.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
