Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Electrician to deliver quality control services on our construction and electrical projects. You will conduct on-site quality audits, coach teams, and help implement the Quality Control Plan to ensure compliance and project success.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, 5+ years of field experience, and the ability to travel 100% with a flexible schedule; safety training and OSHA standards are essential.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of field experience in construction/electrical work.
• Willingness to travel 100% and work flexible hours.

Responsabilidades

• Conducts quality inspections for conduit, lighting, control systems and feeders.
• Conducts quality inspections of motor feeder installations.
• Identify potential quality issues from project documents.
• Lead small crews (2-5 electricians) when required.
• Perform safety checks on job sites and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Coach employees and provide on-site training to improve quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
• Provide data and feedback to project leadership on quality and commissioning.
