Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Electrician to ensure project quality, safety and on-time delivery across electrical installations.

You will conduct inspections, coach field crews, and coordinate with site teams to uphold the company’s Quality Control Plan on diverse projects. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, 5+ years of field experience, and the ability to travel 100% with a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends when needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of field experience in electrical or construction environments.
• Willingness to travel 100% and work a flexible schedule including nights/weekends.
• Must adhere to safety policies and maintain OSHA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections for conduit, lighting, and basic control systems.
• Inspect installation of motor feeders and related equipment.
• Identify quality issues from construction documents and workflows.
• Lead small crews (2–5 electricians) when required.
• Provide coaching, training, and guidance to field staff on quality and commissioning.
