Job summary

Johnson Controls' Silent-Aire division is seeking a QC Electrical Inspector to ensure assemblies meet quality standards and electrical codes. You will conduct in-process, pre-paint/pre-test, and final inspections, verify workmanship, document results, and maintain traceability throughout production.

Qualifications

• Strong document control and record-keeping practices.

Responsibilities

• Complete sub-assembly inspections and verify components.
• Perform Final and Pre-Test inspections with documentation.
• Verify documentation is complete and of high quality.
• Review daily paperwork and report deficiencies to supervisor.
• Ensure build compliance with drawings and electrical standards.
• Maintain inspection records and NCR reports for traceability.
• Support engineering changes through ECR process.
• Promote safety and participate in continuous improvement.
