Job summary

Pharmaceutical Specialties, Inc. is seeking a Chemist I to perform physical and chemical tests on raw materials and finished products in a GMP environment. You will document results, follow SOPs, and help maintain lab safety and cleanliness.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in chemistry, 0–3 years lab experience, and knowledge of chromatography, titrations, and pH. Good documentation and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or related science.
• 0–3 years experience in a laboratory setting.
• Basic knowledge of chromatography techniques.
• Basic knowledge of dilutions, titrations, and pH.
• Basic understanding of good documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct phys/chem tests on materials and finished products.
• Follow SOPs and document work clearly.
• Ensure accuracy and validity of test results.
• Maintain hygiene and safety in the QC lab.
• Assist with instrument calibration and maintenance.
• Assist with new methodologies for materials and products.
• Pipetting and weighing skills required.
• Handle chemicals safely.
