PPL Pharma Solutions Riverview LLC is seeking a QC Chemist I to join our Quality Control team in Riverview, Michigan. The role provides analytical chemistry support for the facility, testing raw materials, intermediates and finished products, and maintaining documentation to ensure compliance.

Responsibilities include running reference standards, verifying data with team members, supporting calibration of instruments, and assisting in methods development and validation.

• Demonstrated strong analytical skills and ability to work independently against multiple deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Support manufacturing operations through testing of raw materials and starting materials to meet production timelines.
• Perform cleaning verifications on multi-use equipment using approved methods.
• Test reference standards and stability samples.
• Document sample preparation, equipment setup, and test results in lab notebooks or other test record forms.
• Verify data with a second quality team member as required.
• Maintain records to ensure compliance.
• Test intermediates and final products to meet production timelines/client requirements.
• Assist in revision of documentation as required.
• Participate in quality unit projects including supplier certification, methods development, methods validation and training.
• Provide support in maintenance and calibration of laboratory analytical instrumentation.
• Maintain QC laboratory through routine housekeeping and organized work area.
• Perform routine testing on the water system and prepare reports as needed.
