Job summary

MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions in New Haven/Hartford area seeks a chemist to perform CVS analysis and support electrochemical measurements in a manufacturing environment. You will maintain instruments, record data per SOPs, and assist method optimization and validation in cross-functional teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's in chemistry, 2+ years lab experience, and familiarity with HPLC, titrations, and analytical techniques. On-site work with safety compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or a related field.
• 2+ years of strong laboratory experience with bench chemistry basics.
• Experience with CVS and electrochemical analytical techniques is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform CVS analysis for electrochemical measurements and maintain instrument readiness.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records following SOPs and quality standards.
• Support method optimization, validation, instrument qualification and continuous improvement.
• Investigate out-of-spec results and collaborate with R&D, Engineering and QA teams.
