Job summary

Perrigo Company plc in the United States is seeking a Laboratory Technician to support quality and compliance in our GMP environment. The role focuses on sampling materials, testing products, and maintaining lab operations to ensure product integrity.

As part of the Perrigo team, you will contribute to internal and external quality audits, document findings, and work collaboratively to meet cGMP standards while supporting training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a scientific discipline with academic lab experience.
• 1-2 years in GMP/FDA regulated manufacturing preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and with others; take ownership of tasks.
• Ability to work overtime as required.

Description Overview

Experience Required

• Bachelor of Science degree in a scientific discipline (Chemistry or Food Science preferred, Biology) required which includes academic lab experience.
• 1-2 years' experience working in a GMP/FDA regulated manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, excellent documentation and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and with others.
• Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and responsibility for the results.
• Ability to work overtime as required.
