Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Chemist for our Lincoln, NE QC laboratory to perform analytical testing of raw materials and finished products using HPLC, GC, UV–VIS, and wet chemistry techniques. You will ensure data integrity by precise documentation and adherence to CGMPs and FDA/EU guidelines.

The role requires a four-year degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry and 2+ years of lab experience, comfortable operating CDAS and LIMS, and collaborating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry with 2+ years of analytical lab experience.
• Experience with HPLC, GC and UV−VIS in a QC/regulated environment.
• Knowledge of CGMPs and FDA/EU guidelines applicable to lab testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical testing of materials and finished products using established procedures.
• Operate and maintain HPLC, GC, UV−VIS and other lab instruments.
• Use LIMS and CDAS to acquire, process, and manage data.
• Adhere to SOPs, CGMPs and regulatory guidelines in all testing activities.
• Document results and deviations accurately and thoroughly.
• Collaborate with lead analysts to resolve issues and improve methods.
