Job summary

DuBois Chemicals, Inc. is seeking a QA/Technical Support professional to provide chemistry-based technical support and ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental rules.

The role collaborates with QA, Plant Management, Production teams and EHS to uphold product quality and safe operations. The position requires 1–3 years of wet chemistry testing experience, strong problem-solving, and effective communication across locations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of wet chemistry testing experience.
• Experience with SPC, data analysis, and PC skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities in technical matters.
• Effective communication across locations and levels.
• Ability to lead quality assurance matters and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Employs safe work habits and complies with safety requirements.
• Provide daily production support including testing and disposition of raw materials, products and packaging.
• Works closely with QA, Plant Management, Production Teams and EHS to ensure quality and safety.
• Provide technical support for waste minimization and environmental compliance.
• Utilize SPC methods in data collection, root cause analysis, corrective/preventive action effectiveness.
• Perform other responsibilities delegated by the Quality Assurance Manager.
