Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc. seeks an entry-level QC Associate I for a 6-month contract in San Diego, CA. You will perform routine testing of QC samples, follow SOPs including flow cytometry protocols, and document results and data as required.

You will train on techniques, prioritize tasks, and work with supervision to ensure data quality and safety compliance in a medical devices environment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related scientific discipline or related coursework with 2+ years in biotech lab.
• Flow Cytometry experience is preferred and tissue culture experience is highly valued.
• Industrial or research lab experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Train and become proficient in required testing techniques, equipment, and software.
• Perform routine QC tests accurately and timely under supervision and SOPs.
• Analyze data and document test results and logs as required.
• Calibrate and maintain equipment; report issues to QC supervisor/manager.
• Maintain lab supplies, assist with maintenance and safety practices.
• Participate in safety programs and environmental, health, and safety initiatives.
• Assist with cross-training and collaborative projects as needed.
