ALDO Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the United States. You will be the Store Manager’s right hand, leading by example to ensure a top-tier store experience and driving sales while maintaining brand standards.

As the on-floor leader, you will motivate your team, oversee daily operations, and ensure flawless visual merchandising. This role requires strong fashion interest, prior retail leadership, and availability for varied shifts.

• 1+ year of hands-on management experience in retail or service.

The Role

As Assistant Store Manager, you’re the Store Manager’s right hand and a key player in creating an amazing store experience. You lead by example, inspire your team to hit sales goals, and make every customer feel their best walking out the door.

When the Store Manager is away, you take the lead, keeping the store running smoothly, motivating the team, and making sure everything looks and feels distinctly ALDO.
