Job summary

ALDO Group in New York seeks a Store Manager to drive sales, profitability, and store performance. You lead from the floor, build a motivated team, and consistently deliver results in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.

You will manage daily operations, maintain on-brand visuals, coach staff, and ensure superb customer experiences across channels. This role requires leadership, a passion for fashion, and availability for day, night and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of hands-on management experience in retail or service.
• Deep interest in fashion.
• Natural leader with a growth mindset.
• Big customer-first energy with a natural ability to connect with people.
• Available for day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Comfortable staying on your feet and lifting up to 35 lbs (≈16 kg) during busy floor days.

The Role

Reporting to the District Manager, the Store Manager is responsible for driving sales, profitability, and overall store performance. You lead from the front, setting the tone on the floor, building a strong and motivated team, and consistently delivering results.

From managing day-to-day operations to shaping the in-store experience, you ensure the store runs efficiently while creating a welcoming, on-brand environment that keeps customers engaged and coming back. You balance business goals with people leadership, developing your team and creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
