Eurofins is seeking a Laboratory Leader to perform analytical testing on protein and small molecule therapeutics and to supervise a team in Andover, MA. The role combines hands-on analysis with leadership responsibilities in a GMP/GLP environment.

The candidate will execute RP-UPLC, RP-HPLC, and UV analyses, maintain instruments, and ensure documentation accuracy. Strong organizational and safety practices are essential for success in this full-time role.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–6 years bioanalytical testing experience.
• Understanding of industry practices and standards (cGMP/GLP) preferred.

Mansioni

• Perform physical, chemical, and instrumental analysis of protein and small molecule therapeutics.
• Run instruments such as RP-UPLC, RP-HPLC, and UV spectroscopy with minimal supervision.
• Maintain and prepare standards and samples; assist with lab upkeep and safety.
