Job summary

Eurofins Professional Scientific Services is hiring a QC Analytical Chemist to support GMP testing of pharmaceutical materials and stability samples in Albany, NY. The role emphasizes attention to detail, organization, and adherence to GMP/ICH guidelines.

You will work with methods across LC, NMR, GC, ICP-OES, and other techniques, participate in method transfer and investigations, and contribute to the batch release and qualification processes.

Qualifications

• BS in Chemistry or related with at least 1 year GMP/GLP testing experience; or MS with at least 6 months GMP/GLP testing experience.
• At least 1 year of industry experience with LC, Conductivity, and Titration.
• Experience using two of the listed analytical techniques (NMR, GC, ICP-OES, IR, RI, UV-Vis, TGA).
• Knowledge of GMP, ICH and 21 CFR guidelines; US work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing and review per approved methods and GMP specifications.
• Follow GMP regulations and ICH guidelines in testing of samples.
• Support method transfer, qualification, and verification studies.
• Assist investigations for OOS, OOT, and invalid results.
• Manage reference standards and perform impurity testing as needed.
