Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or related Life Science.
• Analytical chemistry coursework preferred.
• 0–2 years of laboratory experience (undergrad/research/internships).
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced lab.
• Experience with HPLC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control testing on finished pharmaceutical products using HPLC, dissolution, and wet chemistry techniques.
• Prepare mobile phases, standards, and sample solutions for analytical testing.
• Analyze and review test results using Empower chromatography software.

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated QC Analytical Chemist to join a growing pharmaceutical quality control laboratory. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career scientists looking to gain hands‑on experience with industry-standard analytical instrumentation while working in a GMP‑regulated environment. In this role, you will perform analytical testing to ensure the quality, safety, and compliance of pharmaceutical products prior to release. You'll work with a collaborative team, receive extensive training, and have opportunities to expand your technical skills across multiple laboratory functions.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control testing on finished pharmaceutical products using HPLC, dissolution, and wet chemistry techniques
• Prepare mobile phases, standards, and sample solutions for analytical testing
• Analyze and review test results using Empower chromatography software

Conduct Additional Testing Including

• Moisture content
• pH
• Infrared Spectroscopy (IR)
• Identification testing
• Gas Chromatography (GC)

Essential Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or a related Life Science discipline
• Analytical Chemistry coursework strongly preferred
• 0-2 years of laboratory experience through undergraduate research, internships, etc
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast‑paced laboratory environment
• Experience with HPLC is a plus!
