Qualifications

• B.S. in chemistry, biology, or biochemistry, or related scientific field.
• 4-8 years in GMP Quality Control function or equivalent.
• Experience in method transfer and/or analytical method implementation.
• Demonstrated technical writing skills, with preference for investigations.
• Proficient in data analysis and interpretation, with attention to detail.
• Solid problem-solving skills and experience in CAPA.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in LabWare LIMS, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine analytical assays (HPLC/UPLC and/or microbiological) per SOPs.
• Support weekend laboratory operations to maintain a continuous schedule.
• Maintain training records and adhere to testing schedules.
• Assist in maintenance of equipment and inventory; prepare reagents.
• Ensure data are reviewed timely; qualify as data reviewer.
• Contribute to method transfers and validation activities.
• Update controlled documents (SOPs, work instructions, test methods).
• Participate in inspections and audits; support regulatory readiness.
• Collaborate with QC and cross-functional teams to achieve QC goals.
