Job summary

Lonza in Portsmouth, NH, is seeking a QC Analyst II for the night shift to support quality and safety of products. You will perform material and product testing, deliver timely results for release, and maintain robust documentation within cGMP guidelines.

You will collaborate with Quality and Manufacturing teams, develop skills in microbiology and environmental monitoring, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced lab environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Life Sciences or equivalent combination.
• Experience in a regulated laboratory or cGMP environment.
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
• Experience using laboratory or quality systems software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples to support product quality.
• Deliver accurate and timely laboratory results to support manufacturing operations and product release.
• Review analytical data and documentation to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Document laboratory activities, investigations, and quality records in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain laboratory materials, supplies, and organization to support efficient operations.
• Develop knowledge in environmental monitoring, biochemistry, and microbiology testing methods.
• Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, and technical teams to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Shift: Wednesday through Saturday, 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM on a 4 x 10-hour schedule
