$33.00/hr - $52.00/hr

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct immunoassays and cell-based assays in a regulated (GMP) environment to support product release and stability efforts.
• Draft and revise standard operating procedures (SOPs), protocols, and other technical documentation.
• Contribute to the development, transfer, and validation of analytical methods for late-phase gene therapy programs.
• Independently analyze and trend data generated from quality control testing activities.
• Assist with laboratory investigations, deviations, and root cause analyses, including analytical method performance trending.
• Maintain laboratory readiness by overseeing equipment qualification and maintenance, culturing cells, and managing critical reagent qualification.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support testing and operational goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field, with at least 2 years of industry experience (working directly in quality control is preferred).
• Hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in immunoassays such as ELISAs is required; experience with cell-based potency assays is a plus.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and data interpretation tools is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
