Job summary

Katalyst-Healthcares- is seeking a Quality Control Analyst I to join the Microbiology team. The role supports in-process and final product testing, performs sample collection and testing for stability studies, and delivers timely, high-quality results to meet manufacturing needs.

Responsibilities include running tests for In-Process, Lot Release and Stability studies, supporting facility utility monitoring, and ensuring data integrity compliance across tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; microbiology/biochemistry or related science background preferred.
• Experience not required or minimal (Entry Level 1–4 years) may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Run test samples for In-Process, Lot Release and Stability studies.
• Support Utility and HVAC monitoring and sampling.
• Use of Microsoft Office suite and laboratory information systems.
• Adhere to data integrity policies in all work.
• Identify deviations from standard practice.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Summary

The Quality Control Analyst I will act as a team member of the Quality Control Microbiology department to support production of in-process and final product drug lots for customer(s). Participate in sample collection and testing for ongoing customer stability studies and provide on-time, high quality results to meet Manufacturing demands.

Key Accountabilities

• Applies job skills and company's policies and procedures to complete a variety of tasks.
• Running test samples for In-Process, Lot Release and Stability studies
• Support Utility and HVAC monitoring and sampling throughout the facility.
• Use of Microsoft Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Use of Laboratory computer systems.
• Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature where ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required.
• Works on problems of moderate scope in which analysis of situation or data requires a review of identifiable factors.
• Apply Data Integrity principles in all aspects of work, in compliance with Client Data Integrity policies, guidelines and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent, Microbiology, Biochemistry or Related Science Fields.
