Job summary

Arisa Health is seeking candidates for a Qualified Behavioral Health Provider II (QBHP II) at the Haven Residential facility in Conway, AR. The ideal candidate will work with adolescents who have experienced complex trauma and possess knowledge of the foster care system.

This full-time, on-site role reports to the Program Coordinator and requires a valid Arkansas driver’s license and a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Arkansas Driver's License.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, sociology, child development, education, or a related field OR High school Diploma with 2-5 years in related field.
• Experience working in a mental health setting.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to multi-task in crisis situations is essential.
• Ability to work as part of a treatment team.
