About the Role

We are recruiting for an Aircraft Mechanic with Line Maintenance to be based in Doha, Qatar. The Aircraft Mechanic will be responsible for delivering aircraft maintenance services to support operational requirements, ensuring all activities are performed according to company and customer procedures and aircraft maintenance data.

Operational Responsibilities include:

1. Conduct tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance.
2. Adjust, align, and calibrate aircraft systems using hand tools, gauges, and test equipment.
3. Examine engines or components for cracks, breaks, or leaks.
4. Disassemble and inspect parts for wear or defects.
5. Assemble and install electrical, plumbing, mechanical, hydraulic, and structural components.
6. Service and clean parts, check brakes, and perform routine maintenance.
7. Repair, replace, and rebuild aircraft structures and components.
8. Test engine and system operations, diagnose malfunctions, and remove/install engines.
9. Modify aircraft structures and systems following drawings and technical publications.
10. Read and interpret maintenance manuals and specifications.
11. Implement technical solutions for maintenance issues.
12. Perform other duties as directed by the Department Head.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• A Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance, Trade, vocational qualification, or Degree (B.Eng., BSc) in aircraft engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience, including apprenticeship.

Job-specific skills include knowledge of maintenance techniques, ability to perform tasks independently, routine maintenance, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred skills include understanding work-related documents, monitoring gauges, and performing routine checks.
