Qualifications

• Associate's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of three years of experience in a related field such as mortgage loan processing or similar
• Solid computer skills and ability to communicate effectively both in writing and orally
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions in different forms

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage documentation or as a loan officer
• Strong team motivation skills and ability to work independently
• Basic math skills, with the ability to apply concepts such as ratios and proportions to practical solutions
