Job summary

Programmers.io is seeking a Functional Lead to operate in a production support environment and provide on-site QAD E-Commerce expertise. You will triage issues, design fixes, and lead technical investigations to ensure uninterrupted business operations.

The role requires 8–10 years of relevant experience, hands-on work with EDI formats (ANSI X12/EDIFACT) and Progress 4GL, and a strong understanding of IBM SI workflows for B2B applications.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with QAD E-Commerce module and related transformations.
• Familiar with EDI translation workflows, process maps and transformation maps.
• Knowledge of ANSI X12 / EDIFACT messages such as ASN, Invoice and release schedules.
• Proficient in design/build/testing of E-Commerce functional/technical solutions.
• Proficiency in IBM SI workflow for B2B applications and Progress 4GL programming language.

Responsibilities

• Work in a production support environment and be on-call for critical issues/outages.
• Triaging issues and providing resolutions to business users.
• Identify recurring issues and propose permanent fixes.
• Provide consultative solutions around QAD E-Commerce functionality and ensure successful delivery.
