The Testing Engineering Lead will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of system components, staying current with regulatory changes, testing best practices, and technological advancements. This position will be instrumental in establishing and evolving best practices for testing AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead all testing initiatives within the RPA and AI domains, including test data generation, automation, and service validation.
  • Establish and maintain best practices for testing RPA and AI-developed solutions and regression testing efforts.
  • Ensure system reliability and quality through rigorous testing protocols.
  • Manage and mentor a team of QA testers, including offshore coordination, ensuring high-quality deliverables and compliance with standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with development and regulatory teams to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in manual and automation testing.
  • RPA (Robotic Process Automation) experience required.
  • Strong background in automated testing, SQL, and automation tools.
  • Proven leadership in managing QA teams and offshore resources.
  • Healthcare industry experience required.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$106,605.00 - $260,590.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
