Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst/Tester in Charlotte, NC (hybrid: 3 days onsite) for 12–24 months with potential full-time conversion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years of Quality Assurance and Software Testing experience.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting Financial Services organizations such as Banking, Capital Markets, Wealth Management, Insurance, Mortgage, Lending, or FinTech.
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
  • Experience creating and executing manual test cases and test scenarios.
  • Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM/Quality Center, TestRail.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and technical requirements.
  • Perform functional, integration, regression, system, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Validate financial transactions, workflows, calculations, reporting, and interfaces to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios.
  • Identify, document, track, and retest software defects through resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Execute API, database, and data validation testing.
  • Support automation testing initiatives and maintain automated test scripts where applicable.
  • Validate system integrations with internal and third-party financial platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulatory requirements, security controls, and audit standards.
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
  • Prepare testing status reports, defect metrics, and quality dashboards for stakeholders.
  • Assist in production validation and post-deployment testing activities.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst with experience in the Financial Services industry to ensure the quality, reliability, and compliance of business-critical applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong testing expertise, experience working in Agile environments, and a solid understanding of financial products, transactions, regulatory requirements, and data integrity standards.

The QA Analyst will collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, product owners, and project teams to validate system functionality, identify defects, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
