Responsibilities include identifying software issues across multiple operating systems and web browsers, and developing and maintaining comprehensive test cases. Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a technical QA Test Engineer role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, negotiation)
• Strong background in virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to understand complex technical issues
• Experience with Windows profile management
• Proven track record of collaboration with developers and QA team members
• Ability to create clear and repeatable test cases

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with scripting and test automation
• Familiarity with QA tools (Test Manager, JIRA, Confluence, TestRails)
• Knowledge of web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, XML, CSS, JSON)
