Job summary

Transcard-Payments-LL in Chattanooga, TN is offering an IT Quality Assurance Tester / Business Analyst Internship designed to give hands-on experience in front-end and back-end testing within Agile teams.

You'll work with QA analysts, document results, participate in design reviews, and support project delivery while learning SDLC concepts and business analysis best practices. This paid internship runs Monday–Friday during standard business hours, with remote options for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar.
• Knowledge of SDLC/Agile/Scrum is a plus.
• Familiarity with test case management or defect tracking tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn and participate in front end and backend application testing.
• Support testing efforts across Integration, System, Regression, and UAT in Agile/Scrum.
• Document, evaluate, and track test results and defects; collaborate to troubleshoot.
• Coordinate design reviews and walk-throughs to validate system designs.
• Guide stakeholders through requirements gathering, solutioning, docs, configuration, and UAT.
• Track schedules, identify risks, and assist mitigation strategies.
