Job summary

LMW is seeking a QA/Manual Tester to join a leading multinational IT company and ensure high-quality business applications and system integrations. The role covers manual testing across front-end UI and services, APIs, and third-party integrations, with collaboration across analysts and developers throughout the lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of manual testing experience, is proficient in documenting test scenarios, and communicates effectively in English.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in manual software testing.
• Experience in banking, lending automation, or BPM is advantageous.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Experience creating and documenting test scenarios and test cases based on functional requirements, user stories and use cases.
• Familiar with web applications, services, APIs, and system integrations.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• University degree or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual test cases and test scenarios for web-based applications and system integrations.
• Test application functionality at the front-end/UI level, ensuring requirements and business processes are correctly implemented.
• Test services, APIs, and integrations between the client’s platform and third-party systems.
• Prepare and maintain test scenarios and test cases based on functional requirements, user stories and use cases.
• Record and document test execution results, including passed and failed test cases.
• Identify, document, and track software defects, providing clear and accurate information to the development team.
• Re-run test cases and perform retesting and regression testing following bug fixes or system changes.
• Work closely with Functional Analysts to ensure adequate test coverage and alignment with business requirements.
• Collaborate with Developers and implementation teams to investigate issues, clarify expected behavior, and support defect resolution.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, documentation, and quality standards.
• Support the delivery of high-quality solutions within agreed timelines.

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing functional and technical tests across both thefront-end/UI of applicationsand theservices and integrationsdeveloped on the client's platform for connection with third-party systems.
