Position: Manual Tester

Location: 5 days onsite - Addison, TX or Chicago, IL

Duration: 12-18 months contract

Pay Rate Range: $52/hr W2

Requirements:

• Functional/Manual Testing – Working on SSO or MFA – authorization type applications ( SSO, MFA, OAuth, etc)
• Web or Mobile automation testing (must have some, but can be light experience)
• Java
• HTML, Javascript
• Octane is the preferred test tool, but they are currently using Quality Center – Qtest is acceptable but they will prioritize Quality Center and Octane over it
  
  

Day to Day Responsibilities/typical day look like:

This role is responsible for testing and delivering complex software to accomplish business outcomes. These individuals are subject matter experts on testing practices ensuring that software is tested to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements. They help condition and generate test data, build and execute both manual and automated test suites, record and communicate the test results, and assist with triaging defects. They also ensure regression test suites are maintained and well designed.
