Job summary

SRI Tech Solutions Inc. seeks a Senior QA Test Lead to own QA strategy for a major PeopleSoft-to-Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP migration in Charlotte, NC.

You will oversee test planning, governance, data validation, SIT, UAT, and regression testing while coordinating QA, business, and SI teams. You will lead onshore/offshore QA engineers, BAs, and system integrators, design Jira/Xray repositories, and ensure traceability from legacy requirements to Fusion configurations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software testing experience.
• 4+ years as QA Lead/Test Manager on large enterprise ERP implementations.
• Experience with PeopleSoft-to-Oracle Cloud Fusion migration.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Jira and Xray Test Management; deep Xray expertise.
• Strong understanding of core ERP business processes/modules.
• Experience with SQL and data reconciliation/validation.
• Familiarity with Selenium, Tricentis Tosca, or similar automation tools and CI/CD integration with Xray.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate QA metrics to business leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Master Test Strategy covering data migration, SIT/integration, functional, security/RBAC, UAT, and regression testing.
• Establish QA governance, test entry/exit criteria, defect workflows, and reporting.
• Lead and mentor onshore/offshore QA engineers, BAs, business users, and system integrators.
• Design and maintain Jira/Xray test repositories, Test Plans, Test Sets, dashboards, and coverage reports.
• Ensure end-to-end traceability across legacy requirements, Fusion configurations, test cases, and defects.
• Lead PeopleSoft-to-Fusion data migration validation, including extraction, transformation, loading, and reconciliation.
• Partner with business process owners to plan and execute UAT and lead defect triage.
• Support test automation integration with Xray through CI/CD pipelines.

Position Overview
