A leading technology company is seeking a QA Test Lead in Plano, Texas. You will lead and execute manual and automated testing strategies to ensure high-quality deliverables across cloud and data platforms. The role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and proficiency in testing tools like Cucumber and Jira. Benefits include medical insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan.
As a QA Test Lead, you will make an impact by leading and executing manual and automated testing strategies to ensure high-quality deliverables across cloud and data platforms. You will be a valued member of the Quality Engineering team and work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders, including developers, business analysts, and project managers.
· Lead the planning and execution of manual data and cloud testing initiatives.
· Oversee the implementation of automated testing using Cucumber and other frameworks.
· Coordinate comprehensive web services testing and ensure accurate test metrics reporting.
· Manage testing activities using Zephyr and Jira to align with project goals.
· Conduct end-to-end business process assurance to validate system functionality.

· Proven experience in manual data and cloud testing.
· Strong proficiency in Cucumber and other automated testing tools.
· Hands-on experience with web services testing and test metrics reporting.
· Familiarity with SNOW, RALLY, HP ALM, Zephyr, and Jira.
· Basic programming skills to support testing processes.
· Experience in the automotive industry, providing valuable domain insights.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across hybrid teams.
· Ability to develop and maintain test documentation for transparency and accountability.
· Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in QA and testing.
